Business HelpBusiness provides three levels of help:
Tooltips are available for each button and column heading in Business function. To view a tooltip for a button or column heading, place your mouse cursor over a button or column heading and pause without clicking the mouse button. The tooltip will appear after a second or two and disappear after a few seconds, or when you move your cursor. F1 Help is available for each tray and field within Business function. To view F1 Help for a tray, click on a document and press the F1 key on your keyboard. To view help for a field in an open document, place your cursor in a field within the open document and press the F1 key on your keyboard. A Help dialog box is displayed.
Once in a Help dialog box, you can either return to the application by clicking the OK button, or you can view more Help. To view additional Help information, click the More Help button in the Help dialog box. ECI Client software will prompt you to open your Internet connection. When the Internet connection is established, a page of HTML Help (see below) on the ATO website will be displayed on your browser. Quick Help (for Macintosh users) Help is available for each tray and field within Business function. To view Quick Help for a tray, click on a document and press the Help key on your keyboard. To view help for a field in an open document, place your cursor in a field within the open document and press the Help key on your keyboard. A Help dialog box is displayed. A vertical scroll bar is displayed in the Help dialog box if required. Click and drag the scroll bar up and down to view the information not visible in the text display area.
